i want to know why Tutorial board isn't open to all player it will make easier,rather than PMing you

but the question it,why the one that can post there only you,Proto,and gamemaster,why not open for public

Because, "public" can spam on it.
They can make a idiotic tutorial.
PM a tutorial to me, if it's all good,
